Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled if the item is on backorder or unavailable for shipment. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we encounter any fulfillment issues that affect your parts. If we issue a cancellation you will receive a 100% refund on your order.
Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
- Items must be new in their original packaging, in unused condition.
- Returns will be subject to 15% restocking fees.
- Prior to returning an item, please contact us at info@trueagturf.com.
- Some items may not be eligible for return including some electronic components, custom parts, special orders, oversized packages and more.
